On the last weekend of July, our Covent Garden pop-up store became a little cooler than usual. To mark the Covent Garden Summer Party, we joined forces with Florentine gelato maker Badiani to welcome visitors with a complimentary scoop while they explored our new Spring/Summer collection.
What happened
From Friday 24 to Sunday 26 July, the branded Badiani cart was set up inside our store at 28 Henrietta Street, serving artisan gelato from 2pm to 6pm each day. Anyone who dropped in was invited to help themselves, whether they came to browse or simply to escape the summer heat for a moment.
On the menu were four Badiani favourites: lemon sorbet, mango sorbet, strawberry sorbet, and Buontalenti, the signature recipe that made the Florentine gelateria a name worth knowing.
The collection in focus
The weekend put our Spring/Summer collection front and centre, giving visitors the chance to discover the season's latest styles at a gentler pace, gelato in hand. Guests who treated themselves to a new companion were also able to take home our Ice Cream Charm as a gift with purchase, a fitting little finishing touch for the occasion.
A moment worth sharing
